Do you watch all kinds of pets?
YES! We are happy to provide in-home services for ANY and ALL kinds of pets, including livestock, birds, horses, rabbits, reptiles, and more. (Pricing may vary based on the job!) This is subject to change but we are currently accepting all potential clients for care in their own environments.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require at least 7 days notice for any scheduling of In-Home Services. Out-of-Home and Overnight Services require a reservation minimum of 7 days in advance, but may have a waiting list. However, rest assured that if an emergency arises and we have availability, we will do everything we can to help you! There may be an additional fee of $25 added to your current package.
What if we need to Cancel an appointment?
We require cancellations prior 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid any missed appointment charges. You can do that directly on our schedule below and reschedule as you need!
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! We are building up our client base, and will definitely need your help getting the word out about Lucky Duck Pet Sitting Services! We will offer special discounts, packages, and services for founding and long-time clients as we continue to grow. Be sure to ask at your Meet & Greet!
